A & B Marketing, Inc. (Sponsor) Monthly $100 Home Depot Gift Card Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. To pre-enter, complete, sign and submit an original pre-entry form or at a Show, Fair or Display exhibiting the A & B Marketing, Inc. $100 Home Depot Gift Card SWEEPSTAKES, or mail a completed and signed original pre-entry form to A&B Marketing, Inc., 6930 BONNEVAL RD., SUITE 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216, or pre-enter on-line at www.rainsoftnefl.com/entry after June 1, 2026. One pre-entry per address. Only original pre-entries submitted to A & B Marketing, Inc., in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Submission of a pre-entry form constitutes permission for A & B Marketing, Inc. and participating Contractors to contact and use entrant=s name, address, phone number and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion of RainSoft Water and Air Treatment products and participating Contractors products.

Eligibility: Monthly $100 Home Depot Gift Card SWEEPSTAKES is open to all legal residents of the States of Florida and Georgia, 21 years or older, who are homeowners, except employees of A & B Marketing, Inc., their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. All pre-entries must be validated by an A & B Marketing, Inc. (Sponsor) employee. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Un-validated pre-entry forms will not be eligible for the drawing.

Selection of Winner: Total number of eligible validated entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible validated entries received, A & B Marketing, Inc. randomly will select one (1) Grand prize winner on each month or about the 15th of the month following your entry. Winner will be notified by certified mail, on or about the 30th. Winner will be required to personally accept the prize at The Home Depot Store winner completed the entry, within ten (10) days of notification, or another winner may be selected.

Prize: The one (1) Grand prize winner each month will receive one (1) $100 Home Depot Gift Card. The total approximate retail value of the grand prize is $100.00. All expenses, including, but not limited to, delivery, federal, state and local taxes, are winners’ sole responsibility. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected.

Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights: Neither Sponsors, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

Miscellaneous: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: A&B Marketing, Inc., 6930 BONNEVAL RD., SUITE 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216, after 30th of the month of the drawing. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.
