RainSoft / A&B Marketing, Inc. (Sponsor) “$2,500 Home Depot Sweepstakes”

Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, to enter or win sign up at a participating The Home Depot retail locations or mail a completed and signed original entry form to RainSoft / A&B Marketing, Inc., 6930 Bonneval Rd., Suite 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216, or enter online at www.rainsoftnefl.com after February 1, 2024. One entry per address. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2024. Only original entries submitted to RainSoft / A&B Marketing, Inc. in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Submission of an entry form constitutes permission for RainSoft / A&B Marketing, Inc. and participating Contractors to contact and use entrant’s name, address, phone number and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion of Rainsoft Water and Air Treatment products and participating Contractor’s products.

Eligibility.  “$2,500 Home Depot Sweepstakes” is open to all legal residents of the State of Florida and Georgia, 21 years or older, who are homeowners, except employees of Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees.

Selection of Winner. Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received by Sponsor randomly will select one (1) Grand prize winner in a drawing to be held on or about fifteen (15) days after the close of the above stated contest period.  The winner will be notified by certified mail, within ten (10) days of the drawing. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.  Winner must pick up the prize at the Home Depot store the entry was generated from.  Another winner may be selected if the prize is unclaimed.  Decisions of the judges are final.

Prizes: ONE (1) Grand prize winner will receive one $2,500.00 Home Depot Gift Card (Retail Value $2500). No transfer or substitution of prize except at Sponsors sole discretion. The winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected.

Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights. Neither Sponsor, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules.

Miscellaneous. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: A&B Marketing, Inc. 6930 Bonneval Rd., Suite 1, Jacksonville, FL 32216, after the end of the above stated contest period. Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, State and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.
