The service department’s normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. For any pressing matters, we also have a service professional on-call at all times.

All of our installers and service department professionals are factory trained and receive ongoing training throughout their time with Rainsoft. The service department is known for its certified installers with a combined experience of over 65 years. We have two licensed master water treatment installers. These certifications come through the highest authority, the Water Quality Association. The Water Quality Association is the premier standard in water treatment and management.
